// Good stuff DDB Canada! Check out their holiday card “Check-in for a cure” here. You basically check-in to places through Foursquare or Facebook to donate to the Canadian Cancer Society. I honestly spent over ten minutes on the site, stimulated by the animated characters, scrolling to the left and right and letting my imagination go wild. As you can tell, my favorite character is the festive version of Where’s Waldo? aka Frank, above.

// I found an interesting profile of Kalpna Patel’s “Pencil Project,” through Stimulant. You should check out her blog (g*uknit), a crafty take on rap, good fusion. Kalpna was able to bring Canadian poets together to provide their words of artistry that were engraved on pencils. Proceeds go to the Sarvajanik Highschool in Navsari, India. They were on sale & display at the Queen West Art Crawl in Toronto this year. Want to buy one? You’re in luck, support efforts to raise money for this school here.
