// No matter where you are in the world or who you’re with, the popular Irish dry stout known as Guinness wants you to raise a glass (of Guinness hopefully) in celebration of St.Patrick’s Day on March 17th. The brains behind the campaign is attempting to get the brand to set a Guinness World Record for the day as “the friendliest day of the year” by influencing people to join a party to celebrate “true Irish friendliness” on their official Facebook page. Promotions also included a video advert that went viral by Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO. The spot features a trained specialized sheepdog rounding up friends to make sure they get to a makeshift pub on St Patrick’s Day. Love the random distractions along the way, well done.
