// THE SENIORS NETWORK
I created the Seniors Network proposal after I experienced living in Vancouver Island in 2004. The network was almost picked up by High Fidelity HD. Although the proposal was well-received, HFHD did not have the proper funding to develop the channel further. Ironically, Moses Znaimer was thinking about this same demo in 2003. The CRTC made a broadcasting decision on Oct 15th 2003 to deny Zoomer as a CAT 2 specialty service.
